Jakes Property Services

Accounts & Records

It's easy to think that property management is all about simply providing the services which residents see every day - the cleaners, the gardeners and the window cleaner to mention just a few. But all of those services must be paid for, and so, of equal importance is a proper accounting system and effective credit control.

At Jakes Property Services we use a state of the art estate management system which enables us to keep track of every account at leaseholder level, property level and landlord level. Our system provides us with a powerful array of reports, which enable us to continually monitor and control cashflow, budgets and debt. Our reporting system also enables us to provide our clients with up to the minute financial information at the click of a button.

Jakes Property Services has a reputation for keeping transparent and accurate accounts and records, and we intend to keep it!
